I placed an order on a weekend and paid for 2-day shipping to make sure I had the propeller in time for Labor Day weekend. On Monday I learned that the inventory count on the Prop Depot website was wrong, but they contacted the manufacturer, made sure the propeller would be manufactured and they upgraded me to overnight shipping at no cost. Labor Day weekend was saved for my son and his friends! Great customer service, especially Mike for making sure it was delivered as promised. Thank you!!!

Highly Recommend!!!! We damaged our prop and I ordered a new one online. Nick called me to confirm and let me know that the one I ordered was out of stock but that he was going to send me a comparable prop that was actually better than the one I ordered and not charge me the $20 difference. He’s great with communication and the prop showed up in a timely fashion. We put it on the boat and he was right!!! It is an upgrade from the one we had previously and we can’t wait to wakesurf on it.

Recently smoked a propeller on Norris lake when we hit a 2" diameter branch. When the local marina/service center said they didn't have what we needed, we called Prop Depot. Not only did they have the prop we needed, they agreed to drive an hour north to hand deliver our prop to us at the marina and provide the tools we needed for a quick change. All this on a Friday at 5:30pm. Cant thank you guys enough.

Awesome shop, I'm local and needed to have my surf boat prop repaired. Dropped it off Monday picked it up Friday. Was able to get a used backup prop at a great price as well. Everyone there was nice and friendly to talk to, answered all my questions. I hope I don't need to come back but I know they will take care of me if I do!... Fyi use a debit card to avoid a 3% credit card charge.

For my 40 HP Mercury 4-stroke. Came with a Mercury 10.6x12p 4-blade. I bought both Solas 11.1x13p and 11.4x12p 3-blade props. Both outperform the original without losing any stability. 13p is a little faster at the top end; however, I prefer the quicker hole shot performance of the 12p as the Lund 16-ft Fury feels less stable at the higher (than 32 mph) speed. Delivery of product was correct and speedy.

I order a new prop from the Propeller Depot and had it in one week! Quality business with good prices! I will buy from them again (if I have to lol!)

Company remediated all problems over returns and shipping after a bit of communication. Proper product was delivered.

There was a delay in getting a prop, about a month because of Powertech moving their foundry. And there was wrong communication on hub types.
However, talking to the folks at PropDepot and Powertech was a good experience. They were very responsive and cordial and that matters, a lot. Will buy from again. My only suggestion is let your customers know if there is going to be a delay and get website information correct.

Very helpful and totally responsive to my questions and needs EXCEPT they never got back to me on a SS 15 pitch prop for a 60hp Suzuki which I needed info on to replace my 14 pitch.

Ordered 3 - fourblades : Fast response times and deliveries. Props are packaged well also!

Fast shipping, perfect fit, and a noticeable performance improvement over my previous prop. I’m currently running a Solas New Saturn stainless prop (11.1" diameter, 14 pitch) on a 2007 50 HP Mercury 2-stroke, and the difference is night and day compared to my old 10.25" 15P stainless, which ended up with a spun hub.

Update: I was over revving with the 14p new saturn (6500-6700 rpm my redline is supposed to be 5000-5500 rpm). So I ordered a Powertech SRD4 11.25"x17"

It took 2 months to come in , absolutely not prop depot's fault powertech had to forge the prop in Shreveport Louisiana they have a large back order currently. This being said every time I called they would call powertech and call me back within 30 minutes super responsive super nice never got aggravated with me calling 2 times a week.

Prop finally came in have only put it on the water once but it did everything I needed bringing my WOT from 6700rpm down to 5200rpm (fuel economy and less motor wear) hole shot it nonexistent now the bow never rises just pops on top of the water like a cork (also meaning i can go in shallower waters more confidently without getting stuck), kept my same general top speed 35-37mph may have gained 2mph but I still have some height adjustments to be made and will be doing some small motor work to get my 50 hp 2 stroke to be closer to 65 hp, overall best choice i could've made and still will only order through prop depot for future purchases.

My experience could not have been better! I emailed the company after hours with some questions, and to my suprise, I received a reply immediately…shocking for me anyway. I was sent a shipping lable the following morning and I sent propeller in for service. I was going to be out of town for 10 days and asked them to return the propeller upon my return—they did…it arrived the day after I got home. Prop is now on my boat and we are able to take it out a couple more times before it gets chilly. The workmanship on the prop looks great. Bottom line: superb customer service and workmanship! I am grateful I did not have enough damage to warrant a new prop, and did not want to risk using a slightly damaged prop as it could’ve caused further damage. And, I did not have to buy a new prop! Repair and shipping was less than half the cost of an average prop. Thank you to everyone that had a role in my prop’s repair endeavor. You are an outstanding organization and I will be letting everyone in my circles know about your company. Again, thank you!
